WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Before booking your tattoo.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Pre-tattoo prep is included in the deposit cost and goes towards the balance of your tattoo. You have 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule; if not you will need to pay another deposit to rebook. Email [email protected] if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If I am unable to make your appointment, for whatever reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
SENSITIVE SUBJECT REGARDING FRAGRANCES.
We kindly ask that you please refrain from wearing any perfumes, essential oils, or good smelling lotions. We respect that it may be a part of your regimen, but unfortunately, in a small shared space it can cause migraines and headaches for other people in the shop, (one of our artists is especially prone to fragrance induced headaches). I'm sure you can understand how this could lead to issues, especially if visiting and an appointment needed to be rescheduled either due to a strong fragrance or a headache. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE COME ALONE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
We know the tattoo process can often be exciting and a memorable moment, but unfortunately, we don't have a waiting area for guests and space for "Clients Only" in tattoo area. There are coffee shops, bars, markets, and shops all close by, not to mention the beach is less than a 100 yards away with the ALL-PURPOSE-PATH that spans a few miles if you're more of a nature lover.
CASH IS PREFERRED.
Credit card processing is available. All digital forms of payment will have Hawaii General Sales Tax added.
NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED.
You will not be tattooed regardless of parental consent and you will not be allowed inside the studio.
DO NOT USE NUMBING CREAM.
This can make an area much harder to tattoo and can also affect the quality of your healed tattoo.
NO TATTOOS OVER MOLES OR SCARRING.
Please check the area to be tattooed before booking. If you are unsure please contact me to see if I can tattoo this area.
IMPORTANT PRE-APPOINTMENT TIPS:
Eat two hours before your appointment.
Please do not drink heavily the evening before your tattoo.
Please make sure you are dressed comfortably and so we can easily reach the area to be tattooed.
Please SPF your skin before your appointment. If you are sunburned, I cannot tattoo you and will be forfeiting of your deposit.
We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
Hands, feet, neck, knees, and elbows are a different texture skin to the rest of your body, this area will often require more than one touch-up and never heals as clean as other tattoos.
Every tattoo comes with a complementary touch-up within 6 month of original work. Anything after the 6 months will be charged our minimum set up fee of $100 or relevant price.
CONSENT FORM.
You will be asked to complete a version of this form on the day of your tattoo. Reading over the following can highlight any potential barriers there may be to you getting tattooed.
